Today is the first day I am going to start the 30 day shred. And with the help of myfitnesspal, hopefully I can diet successfully and lose the weight I want. Wish me luck!!:smokin:

    Today is your first day with the Shred? You will like it if toning up is what you need. I can't believe where I am toning up already. Today will be day 13 for me. I am currently on level 2. Don't get discouraged with it, it is a great workout. Just remember muscle weighs more then fat. :)

    Good luck! I have been doing it too but not every day as I had planned. I need to get back on it. It's a great workout!
  • same with me.. I have such a busy lifestyle, it's hard to find even the 20min a day everyday to do it. When i can't do it for a day i start feeling so guilty!! haha. But i've been on track with my diet and watching calories, so guess i just need to stay patient. I do absolutely LOVE the shred though. just after the first day my calves started toning up!!
    I'm in the same boat as you, I know you can do it!! =)
