What's harder for you? Healthy eating or Exercise?

They are both pretty easy after making them part of my routine. I still struggle at times with a little chocolate now and then...and I also have a hard time fitting in exercise some days, but I have been able to maintain for awhile and it is working for me. Just do the best you can and you will still succeed.0

Working out and then not overeating.0

As hard as exercise is with all my chronic pain problems, and messed up lung function, eating "healthy" is harder. I am a supertaster, and most vegetables and fruits upset my tummy. So first the food tastes either waaaay too sour, or bitter like poison. Then I get a bad tummy ache an hour later. Then that leads to TMI symptoms.
So, exercise I can do, but I cannot will myself to swallow a vegetable side dish.
I am a super taster too. there is hope. over time your taste buds change, and foods that you didn't like before
either aren't as bad, or taste good.
growing up I didn't like grapefruit or brussel sprouts but I can eat them by the bag now.0 -
wow wow wow! I honestly thought more people struggled with exercise. I don't know how you guys do it. I LOVE food but luckily I love most healthy food too. It's getting up and forcing myself to exercise which kills me.0

Exercise but I try and do 15 mins a day, I need to add another 15 mins but I'm so lazy.0

Usually eating, unless I'm busy. But when I have free time, then healthy eating (or, more to the point, not eating too much and too many sweets!) is definitely the hardest!0

I'll give you a hint...I'm eating pizza while reading this.0

I would have to say eating healthy, mainly because I love exercise and how it makes me feel. My weakness is definitely snacking and buffalo chicken pizza OMG so yummy. haha But eating healthier has become almost second nature to me now0

I'd have to say 'neither' today. I went out to do C25k and came across a bag full of stuff on the sidewalk and pineapple chunks strewn all over. Went to clean it up, found some peaches inside which I tossed into the woods, and found a fresh unopened bag of sugar snap peas.
So now I'm back from my run having a bowl of peas.0 -
Def eating healthy. Even though I was overweight my whole life, I dedicated a majority of my time to playing sports. I love working out and being an athlete, but I def go to town on some nachos, and wings, and beer (you get the picture) way too often.0

Definitely exercise for me!0

I would have to say eating. I'm really regimented at both, but there are times I would rather go out to eat at a calorie laden restaurant than cook a healthy meal at home. I don't do it if it's not on my plan, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like doing it.
I enjoy exercise - especially how I feel afterwards, so that part is easy.0 -
Eating healthy, by far. I love, love, LOVE to eat. I also love to exercise, so luckily I can get some pretty serious calorie burns most of the time.0

Exercise is easy.
Healthy eating isn't hard.
Eating a low enough amount of food to lose weight every day, and ignoring those hunger pangs before bed - now that's hard!0 -
Healthy eating for me!0

Definitely the eating part....0

Exercise - i really have to talk myself into it at times but i always feel better afterwards0

Exercise has become a habit for me. So I'd have to say, healthy eating.0

Eating. Even when I was 226lbs I exercised at least 3 days a week, now I am incorporating more movement into my normal routine (ex. bike to school, walk to the store, etc.), and dedicated exercise 5-6days/week, but I still have trouble not eating ALL of the food0

Exercise. Bleh.0

Neither - my issue is portion control!0
-
Eating! I can't stop it!0
-
Eating healthy.... I am losing weight still by having pizza and fattening foods, but I do more exercise to make up for it.0
-
Both - just depends on the day. Some days I have no problem eating healthy, some days it's tough. Same with exercising.0

Eating healthy! I can exercise all day everyday. But I love to eat so much! Well, I eat moderately healthy when I cook for myself. But my husband likes to go out. So yaaaa0
-
My eating habits are the worst I would be in great shape right now if I could only control my eating!0

Excercise definetely, cant wait until I get to the point where it is not such and effort to get myself to do it, once I start I am fine, but finding the morivation sucks. I still make excuses about it like I used to with food. Baby steps, no pun intended. Happy Sunday all and the best of luck with your journey.

Have to push myself to exercise.
Will power is pretty good with the diet. Most of the time.
I agree with this. Exercise is very hard for me to get in every day.0
