Healthy eating. I have this awful binging tendency.

I like the rush I get from exercising.
  • Eating right. I always feel like I end up eating the same things over and over.
  • 100% eating. I enjoy exercising and have started seeing a personal trainer to hopefully take it to the next level.
  • EATING! sometimes i just crave the chips!
  • Exercise! Especially strength training. Pushing myself until my muscles fail really doesn't come easy for me.

Eating. I can exercise like no problem, but eating right has always been hard - I love sweets and baking cakes, muffins, etc. Plus I can eat LOADS of food
  • Defnitely exercise! I'm eating very healthfully, but struggle to get any exercise in...just NOT a fan.

Exercise. I feel way too self conscious, plus I always feel like I have something better to do with my time. Homework, spending time with the family, cleaning... I realize that my health is also extremely important and that I need to set aside time for it, but its just hard to start.
It also doesn't help that I have a wonky knee and a sensitive lower back. :/
