    I'm very far off, we'll see what the weekend brings. Maybe a walk on the beach - or better yet, a run on the beach. Some tubing is surely somewhat of a workout.

    Sunday- 60 min Burn It Off! & Recharge & 100 min of Hiking
    Monday- 40 min of Burn Circuit 1
    Tuesday- 30 min of Fat Blaster & 20 min workout
    Wednesday- 40 min Burn Circuit 2
    Thursday- 45 min of Burn Intervals & 10 min of Ab Burner

    Total- 345 min
    Remaining- 15 min

    This afternoon I want to get my strength training done, then hopefully get a little cardio too! We're going out somewhere (don't worry, I will eat healthy) and so I want to be able to have a good night and not worry about having to go home and workout after.

    Wooooooohooooooo I did it baby!!!!! Plus I am planning to go to Zumba tomm and Sunday and gotta keep hitting my shred Love it!! I feel so good right now getting back into the gym was the best thing I could have done!!

    Monday - 60 min kickboxing 20 min shred
    Tuesday - 60 min Zumba 20 min shred
    Wed - 45 min boot camp 30 mins abs and 20 min shred
    Thurs 30 min walking and 20 min shred
    Friday 60 min Zumba 20 min shred and 30 min walk

    Completed my 360min in five days!! I am totally stoked right now!! This has been the biggest pick me up week in months!!

    Monday- nada in laws last day here
    Tuesday- 61 min zumba
    Wednesday-shopping? tee hee.. I won't count it/nada
    Thursday- 63 min zumba toning
    Friday- 30 min in heels!? lol running around with my 22# daughter to the sitters and a funeral :cry:
    Saturday- 30 min farmer's market, I hustle and it's big! lol LOVE IT!
    Sunday-zoo, min to be determined, but hoping to get whats needed! We'll be packing fruit, turkey sandwiches and water! But must have the Cedar Crest Ice Cream... damn you WI cows you make such good products! :love:

    88 minutes of tae bo today got me most of the way there! i need a mere 7 minutes tomorrow, and i'm planning to do 50 minutes of richard simmons part off the pounds!

    decided to do biggest loser cardio max instead. only had time to do level one but it put me at 383 minutes for the week! i think that's the most working out i've ever done in a single week!

    Sunday- 240 min walking at the zoo, 30 min of that pulling a wagon with my daughter in it. followed by 20 minutes of badmitten (love it, we're thinking of starting a tournament at our place for the summer :tongue: )
