Did you start out counting calories first and then add in cardio/weights?
How long have you been lifting heavy? Have you done some of the popularly mentioned lifting programs (new rules or strong lifts)?

Do you eat back exercise calories?
What is your favorite protein?
What is your favorite go-to snack for indulging??
Sorry I have lots of questions, we are very similar in starting weight and I am at 161.8 now

Did you start out counting calories first and then add in cardio/weights? Yes, just until I got a gym membership
How long have you been lifting heavy? Have you done some of the popularly mentioned lifting programs (new rules or strong lifts)?
Lifting heavy "relative" the entire time and continued upping weight as I got stronger. Currently pulling 225 deadlift and squatting 165
Also - how tall are you??? 5'5"
Do you eat back exercise calories? You best your *kitten* I do. Lol. But not all somedays and every one others.
What is your favorite protein? Fish, chicken, and lots of eggs
What is your favorite go-to snack for indulging?? String cheese

Oh, and no lifting programs. Used to be a trainer and know what to do. Compound and isolation lifts are what I do.0
