    Wow - what a difference!!

    Tell us about your journey!!

Did you start out counting calories first and then add in cardio/weights?

How long have you been lifting heavy? Have you done some of the popularly mentioned lifting programs (new rules or strong lifts)?

Also - how tall are you???

Do you eat back exercise calories?

    What is your favorite protein?

What is your favorite go-to snack for indulging??

Sorry I have lots of questions, we are very similar in starting weight and I am at 161.8 now =)

and of course - congratulations!! Woohoo!

    YES, some details please
WAY to go and inspire others to continue their journey.

Lifting heavy "relative" the entire time and continued upping weight as I got stronger. Currently pulling 225 deadlift and squatting 165
Also - how tall are you??? 5'5"

Do you eat back exercise calories? You best your *kitten* I do. Lol. But not all somedays and every one others.

What is your favorite protein? Fish, chicken, and lots of eggs

What is your favorite go-to snack for indulging?? String cheese

Oh, and no lifting programs. Used to be a trainer and know what to do. Compound and isolation lifts are what I do.
