Things we are looking forward to when we get fit.

1). Attending a wedding with a lot of old college friends and being hot.
The look on faces of people who haven't seen me in a while (I am not posting anything regarding my fitness on FB!)
2). Wearing light summer dresses this summer without pantyhose, and not having thighs raw after a whole day out.
3). The thing I want to wear more than a bikini, is a skimpy running outfit of tight shorts and a sports bra, and look good in it. With abs and legs and all that. The thing I used to look at and think I could never wear.
What is yours?

The three things I wanted to be able to do by this summer:
1) Be able to ride a zip line
2) Be able to ride a horse without feeling like I'd break him
3) Be able to sit in generic camp chairs rather than a special built for heavy people camp chair.
I'm not sure about 2, but I think that I've reached 1 and 3.
Longer term:
1) Be able to shop at any clothing store, not just for the overweight
2) Be able to get off or at least reduce my blood pressure medicine
3) Be happy to be in pictures again
Ultimate wonderful:
1) Not have to use the CPAP machine and be able to camp and sleep in a tent anywhere.
2) Be able to hike and keep up with my friends and family0 -
1. Look bangin in a skimpy running outfit
2. Complete the 'run for your lives' 5k and survive it
3. Be able to jog half a mile0 -
1. Also look awesome in a skimpy running outfit
2. And complete Run for Your Lives 5k as a survivor, I still have until September to train!
3. Run a 5k sub 28 minutes.
4. Look AMAZING in my way-too-expensive bikini that I have yet to wear
LONG TERM
1. Run a half marathon
2. Run a marathon
3. Triathlon
4. Join an adult swim club/team thing...that would be AWESOME.0 -
Mostly, I just want to be able to chase my kids around. Oh, and go hiking and canoeing and just running around in general.0

Seriously...I'd have to say being able to wear a White Tank Top, tucked into my snug fit jeans, with a belt and buckle with my cowboy boots!! :-) My husband and I both think that look is HOT and I WILL pull it off this fall at the Step-Daughter's Horse Show...and show off myself! LOL!!!0

Get on a horse. Especially if I can do it without a mounting block. ( Not a weight issue, I just have no spring in my legs.)0

1) Feel amazing.
2) Finally wearing clothing where I don't look like a marshmallow.
3) Being an inspiration (hopefully) to friends and family.
4) Not having people recognize me! lol
5) Being able to run a marathon one day.0 -
The feeling of feeling light and lithe and strong and healthy.
This will allow me to like how I look, because I will feel good from the inside out.
Sexiness in clothes is a happy bi-product!0 -
1. Run a skimpy running outfit and not worry about the jiggles.
2. Pull anything out of my closet and step right into it.0 -
1) Being able to run for any distance without needing an inhaler
2) Seeing the pride in my dad's eyes when he sees that I have been successful
3) Wearing a nice swim suit
4) Not having my thighs be raw this year
5) Being able to enjoy my summer because I won't be so hot (the insulation is gone!)0 -
I know it seems silly but I really want to have some professional pictures taken of me in some sexy lingerie for my husband! I want to feel comfortable and attractive in them and not fat and embarassed!0

1. My 25th high school reuinion in 4 months!
2. Running the Dirty Dash 3.5 miles obstacle course and jumping the 5' high walls with one jump (we'll see about that!)
3. Never feeling fat and depressed again. NEVER.0 -

- Be able to hike all day or more carrying a backpack full of stuff and actually enjoy it.
- Run a 10k (I already acheived my first goal of 5k on March 16th!)
- Feel confident in a bikini/running in a sports bra
- Be able to wear any form fitting clothing I want!0 -

being fit enough to try a few new positions in rugby rather than the default fat girl spot of prop and lifter... namely 8-man and jumper.
have a relatively competitive 5k time... rather than shuffling in at 40 minutes.

Three things that I am looking forward to:
1. Back, feet and knees not hurting
2. Looking dammmnnn good in clothes
3. Just feeling good and not fatigued all time.
4. Sorry, there is a 4th. Having my son see that when you want
something bad enough, you can do anything.
