    Hi im new to fitness pal what Does bump mean? Lol I will be doing this challenge on May 7 if anyone wants to start a may challenge. I'm currently on level 2 of 6w6p. I will be combing that with NMTZ and with level 1 I combined it with BFBM! I've already lost 11 pounds in 3 weeks! No I can't do them back to back. I do one in the morning and one at night. I need to go buy 30ds. Good luck everyone! I hope you all stick to it I'm waiting to see results from slimdown. I see tons of posts where people start it but never list results! Stick with it guys!!!

    Yep, I saw this somewhere else and have it stored on my computer all ready to go when I've finished 30DS. Hoping I can find them all on youtube as I don't have the money to buy the dvds :(

    I'm starting this program on April 29 (so most of my rest days fall on Sunday, lol). All of the videos can be found on YouTube. ALSO - "Quick Trouble Zones" is the warm up, circuits 1/3/4, and cool down from "No More Trouble Zones." I'm finishing up the 30 Day Shred this week, so I'm really looking forward to this new rotation!

    You can download them for free from UTube.

    I exercise 6-7 days a week and tried the Level 1 with 5 lb weight and felt like I was going to throw up for about 30 min after. I have a lot of respect for people that do this. Once I mentally get over my last exerperience I plan to try it again.

    I will be starting this On Monday so that my rest days will fall on Sundays. In the meanwhile I think I'll run through the few workouts I haven't done before (Everything except 30ds).

    Who's starting on Monday?

    I love Jillian's workout so I'm going to post so that I can save the "30 day slim" calender for in the future. I'm doing Turbo Jam right now & plan to stick with it right now but will come back to this later on. :) Thank you for sharing it!
