Well, this morning I stepped on my wiifit balance board and did my morning weigh in.

225.16lbs.

It took a second to sink in.

225.16LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As of this morning I have officially lost 100 lbs total since I started losing at 325, december 25th 2006. Its been a long, long road, but my body is slowly but surely becoming mine again. Thank you all so much for everything, you've been a constant inspiration and you helped me make the switch from doing this that unhealthy way to doing it the right way.

I wouldn't be here without ya'll.

Everyone who is discouraged should take note and see just how POSSIBLE it is.

Well the first year and a half was a mix of weight training, starvation/being unable to afford food, and riding my bike because I didn't have a car.

The last few months/30 pounds have all been MFP :)

Why doesn't your ticker reflect that? Take pride in it--that is an accomplishment and a half!

Well, my ticker reflects what I've lost since joining MFP. I was plateaued for about 6 months when that happened.

I was just thinking it's like that Geico commercial where the guy checks out at the "insurance store" and the cashier announces over the intercom how much he is saving. I feel like that!
