Every morning on Mondays-Saturdays I do Jillian Michaels 30Day Shred, a 10minute arm workout, followed by either 1 hour elliptical/couch25k...
I just started Couch25k so I alternate every other day with the elliptical....(need to do cardio everyday or it feels like im missing something)...
and on my 'rest day' which is sunday i do either yoga or a different workout dvd like hiphop abs or step up dance workouti try not to have a real rest day because i tend to get comfortable doing nothing lol....
also I am a student and normally get to uni by bus/tram, but since spring has arrived i have started walking everywhere, so generally tend to walk 1-2 hours each day0
