total: 357...i'm pretty sure i can get in 3 more minutes in the next two days

88 minutes of tae bo today got me most of the way there! i need a mere 7 minutes tomorrow, and i'm planning to do 50 minutes of richard simmons part off the pounds!0

I completed 7 straight days of working out first time in a long time and it feels great!!!!0 -
decided to do biggest loser cardio max instead. only had time to do level one but it put me at 383 minutes for the week! i think that's the most working out i've ever done in a single week!

Thursday- 63 min zumba toning
Friday- nothing
Saturday- 30 min farmer's market, I hustle and it's big! lol LOVE IT!
Sunday- 240 min walking at the zoo, 30 min of that pulling a wagon with my daughter in it. followed by 20 minutes of badmitten (love it, we're thinking of starting a tournament at our place for the summer )

I have met my goal and more for the first week:
a total of 449 minutes and a 45 min Yoga class which I did not count.
I want to top that for the second week even if it is only a minute more.

OK, last week was a bad week and the only place I moved it was the concession stand during the baseball tournaments...so, it's a new week and I have got to get moving...baseball is OVER...my life becomes mine again...wooo hooo

Yesterday I woke up and did a cardio workout expecting to do weights in the evening. I was so surprised when I checked my schedule and it was cardio last night too! I guess its because my schedule changed from phase 1 to phase 2 on the Chalean Extreme Routine. My rest days have changed to Tuesdays and Thursdays, which is gonna be wierd, but it'll be a good change. I'm planning to still work out on Tuesdays like I have been anyways and have Thursday be my day off, my husband usually has basketball games that night, or is home and able to spend more time with me since I get off earlier that day. Hopefully I can keep up with the new schedule change!0 -

New week full of new challenges - brand new new new!!
Ate right yesterday, hurray!! and got in my exercise 30 min Kettlebell a (Danskin 8lbs) w/o 1 and 2 of 3 and FIRM cardio overdrive express 25min - 55minutes for me!!!
I so did not want to do it - was so tired after work but I did it anyway and that feels really good. I tell you what I was really exhausted too! I can't remember when a work out pushed me like that - I was drenched. Eating right so far today- Muscle milk for breakfast, Cafe steamer for lunch, some grapes for snack and water. Salad is on for dinner.
Planning on kettlebell tonight , my FIRM kettlebell w/o dvd came in last night and something else - might be just the kettlebell if i do the 60 minute one. Not sure I'm ready for that yet - it's new so trying to work my form.
