:flowerforyou: Do you need a midweek boost? I sure do! Join the Skinny Wednesday Challenge and let us help you get "over the hump" with ease ...Here's what it entails:

Think double, double, double! :happy: :happy:
Double your exercise~ :tongue: :tongue:
Double your water intake (within healthy limits)~ :drinker: :drinker:
Double your willpower to stop eating after dinner and log every tidbit that crosses those lips! :bigsmile:

Just let us know now if you are in....then check in and out when you can tomorrow to let us know how it is going and encourage someone else. :heart: Grab a buddy and make the commitment! There is power in numbers....I know one thing for sure.....

    I'm in! I wasn't able to check back Saturday, so I'm going to make sure I do tomorrow! I'll be going on vacation Thurs-Sunday, so I need to jump-start staying on track!

    Oh, I am in...I am also in the BMK challange so getting my 90 min. workout in tomorrow should cover both....and I will definately be pushing the water so that shoudn't be a problem.....talk to you all tomorrow....good night!!!!:yawn:

    OH SWEET i'm IN IN IN!!! its hard for me to do that stuff on the weekends (single mom) but Wednesdays are awesome for me!!!

    I'm in! Hopefully I'll get my 1.5hrs straight in tomorrow for my challenge! I'm headed to the Lake of the Ozarks this weekend so any extra help is needed right now. And it's TOM (and it's bad) so I will do what I can for sure!!! Bru

    We have relatives that will be in town tomorrow, so we're meeting them for lunch, and then going to my friend's for a BBQ tomorrow night, so I certainly will have some temptations :wink: But, I can do it... :bigsmile:

    I'll commit to this! Got a run and weight training already scheduled for tomorrow. Maybe I'll add in the stationary bike at the gym, too? Still working on the water thing. My trainer wants me to get 140 oz/day. I'm doing good to get half that. So, I will shoot for the full 140 tomorrow!!

    I am IN! Food yesterday was NOT good and for some reason I've been slacking on the water! Not good since I work outside. See you all tomorrow.

    :wink: In....... planning on riding bike to work and back. Have increased my water intake to ~80 oz/day. Planning on high-fiber breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    I'm ready for tomorrow! I got my salad all ready for my lunch @ work...romaine lettuce, blueberries, strawberries, ham & feta cheese with strawberry balsamic vinegar! Yum! Have my snacks packed as well....cheese stick, yogurt, granola bar, craisins. I always pack extra just in case! :happy:

    Gotta get to bed....belly dancing & jumping jacks in the morning, walks on break @ work, and Zumba class tomorrow night!

    18-20 8oz water's planned as well! Happy Skinny Wednesday everyone! :bigsmile: :drinker: :bigsmile: :drinker: :bigsmile:

    Goodmorning ladies.......and gents if there are any, I had vowed last night to do an AM work out....well that didn't happen, when my alarm went off at 4am....I just knew if I got out of bed i would not be able to bring it to my work out, but all is NOT lost. I still vow to do stairs at least once today ( I work on the 11th floor) AND 2 hours of cardio this afternoon. My overall Calorie burn goal today is 1200, as 1000, is the most i've ever done, and that was with almost an hour and a half of cardio. LETS DO THIS!
