    Ended the week with 550min worth of activity!!

    Tuesday - 77 minutes cardio/shred
    Wednesday - 60 minutes cardio/shred
    Thursday - 32 minutes cardio/shred
    Friday - 68 minutes cardio/shred
    Saturday - nothing :-(
    Sunday - 85 minutes

    360 minutes total!!!! YAY!!! My first 360 minute week!!!! So happy!!!!

    I have met my goal and more for the first week:
    a total of 449 minutes and a 45 min Yoga class which I did not count.

    I want to top that for the second week even if it is only a minute more.

    OK, last week was a bad week and the only place I moved it was the concession stand during the baseball tournaments...so, it's a new week and I have got to get moving...baseball is OVER...my life becomes mine again...wooo hooo

    Since I dropped the ball last itme.. I will try to be more faithful..

    This week.. so far...

    Sunday: 75 minutes walking (slow to moderate pace)
    Monday: 50 minutes of fast paced ballroom dancing, 60 minutes of slow walking.

    Sunday- 60 min Burn It Off! & Recharge & 100 min of Hiking
    Monday- 40 min of Burn Circuit 1
    Tuesday- 30 min of Fat Blaster & 20 min workout
    Wednesday- 40 min Burn Circuit 2
    Thursday- 45 min of Burn Intervals & 10 min of Ab Burner
    Friday- 35 min of Burn Circuit 3
    Saturday- 26 min of Burn It Off! & 20 min of Recharge

    Total- 426 min!! YAY!

    This week so far:
    Sunday- 45 min of Cardio Party Mix 2 & 20 min of Ab Jam
    Monday- 45 min of Cardio Party Mix 1 & 26 min Burn It Off, & 20 min of Recharge

    Total- 156 min
    Remaining- 204 min

    Yesterday I woke up and did a cardio workout expecting to do weights in the evening. I was so surprised when I checked my schedule and it was cardio last night too! I guess its because my schedule changed from phase 1 to phase 2 on the Chalean Extreme Routine. My rest days have changed to Tuesdays and Thursdays, which is gonna be wierd, but it'll be a good change. I'm planning to still work out on Tuesdays like I have been anyways and have Thursday be my day off, my husband usually has basketball games that night, or is home and able to spend more time with me since I get off earlier that day. Hopefully I can keep up with the new schedule change!

    Hey Everybody,
    New week full of new challenges - brand new new new!!
    Ate right yesterday, hurray!! and got in my exercise 30 min Kettlebell a (Danskin 8lbs) w/o 1 and 2 of 3 and FIRM cardio overdrive express 25min - 55minutes for me!!!
    I so did not want to do it - was so tired after work but I did it anyway and that feels really good. I tell you what I was really exhausted too! I can't remember when a work out pushed me like that - I was drenched. Eating right so far today- Muscle milk for breakfast, Cafe steamer for lunch, some grapes for snack and water. Salad is on for dinner.
    Planning on kettlebell tonight , my FIRM kettlebell w/o dvd came in last night and something else - might be just the kettlebell if i do the 60 minute one. Not sure I'm ready for that yet - it's new so trying to work my form.
