I had a slice of 100% whole wheat toast with peanut butter.
Scrambled egg.
Watermelon.
Handful of blueberries.

What do you think of my breakfast today?? =]

    and yoplait light fat free vanilla flavor yogurt :happy:

    3/4 cup 1% lowfat cottage cheese
    5 large strawberries
    1/2 small banana
    1 tablespoon flax seed
    239 total calories

    Your breakfast sounds great!

    Me on the other hand, I'm having the same thing I've had for approximately the last 70 days or so!!! Oatmeal...Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining...I love love love oatmeal...it's really the only thing that fills me and gets me through until my mid morning snack!! :bigsmile:

    I had half a large banana, 190g of fresh pineapple and a kiwi, all chopped up and topped with mullerlight toffee yogurt :smile:

    I look forward to my breakfast more than any other meal!

    Ladies Ladies, most all of these sound wonderful (i'm not a fan of cottage cheese)

    Since I'm doing the Wednesday Skinny challenge, I need to up my cals a little (gonna be working out 2 hours of cardio goal to burn 1200 cals)

    so i'm haveing 2 of my favorite breakfests today- one for breakfest in about 30 min and 1 for my mid morning snack @ about 10

    1 pack quaker simple harvest maple brown sugar with pecans- 1 slice of 45 cal sara lee delight wheat breaad 1/2 tspn butter

    then
    1 container (110 cal) Yoplait light very vannilla yogurt with 3 med strawberries chopped up and 4 tspns of Fresh Gourmet walnut pieces(glazed)

    So so yummy

    1.5 cups fresh blueberry/strawberry
    1/8 cup dry oats
  • Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day! I had 1 cup of Special K with a half cup of .5% fresh milk topped with 2 tbsp of fat free Vanilla Yogurt...4 Medium Strawberries topped with 1/4 cup of 1% Cottage Cheese :smile:

    I had a smoothie made out of blue diamond vanilla almond milk, one banana, 5 strawberries, and 15 blueberries, yummy. Oh, and my Chi Chi Chi Chia seeds......

    all your breakfast sound good, lots of ideas for me there. I had a fat free bagel with a scaping of flora light and a cup of tea. :)

    1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
    1 medium banana
    1 cup of Plain Almond Milk
    1 TBSP of Peanut Butter

    It was like a banana Reese's shake!

    I had a portabella mushroom cap with 1 slice of american cheese and a tablespoon of honey barbeque sauce on the top. So filling and so yummy! :bigsmile:

    In about 2 hours I will have 2 small plums to compliment it.

    I had a coffee when I got first got up ,then when my youngest went to school had

    2 x hovis hearty oats bread toasted (yummy)
    1 tin of sardines in tomatoe sauce .

    garden vegetable egg beaters
    fat free cheese
    hot sauce

    Im lucky that Ive been able to find actual normal size bagels that are 210 calories each and not monster bagels at 350+ calories each!
