This morning I rocked:
1 scoop of Chocolate Shakeology
1 medium banana
1 cup of Plain Almond Milk
1 TBSP of Peanut Butter
It was like a banana Reese's shake!0 -
I had a slice of whole grain bread with smart balance, 1/4 cup of Eggbeaters and 1 1/2 slices canadian bacon.0

I had a portabella mushroom cap with 1 slice of american cheese and a tablespoon of honey barbeque sauce on the top. So filling and so yummy! :bigsmile:0

(2) protein pancakes with blueberries
only about 260 calories and 34 carbs and 37 grams of protein0 -
Mine is a little borring but tastey...
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tsp brown sugar
In about 2 hours I will have 2 small plums to compliment it.0 -
Post- workout:

I had a coffee when I got first got up ,then when my youngest went to school had
2 x hovis hearty oats bread toasted (yummy)
1 tin of sardines in tomatoe sauce .0 -
Two Yoplait Yogurts, pretty much what I eat during the week0

I have the same thing every morning:
whole wheat bagel
garden vegetable egg beaters
fat free cheese
hot sauce
Im lucky that Ive been able to find actual normal size bagels that are 210 calories each and not monster bagels at 350+ calories each!0 -
2 packets of organic instant oats
2T ground flax seed
1T cinnamon
1 scoop Show Me the Whey protein powder
2 cups of black coffee0 -

I had special K Almond cereal, put in chunks of banana with skimmed milk & tea!
next week i'm moving to egg whites !0 -
1 tortilla wrap with 2 pan-fried eggs and 1 piece of 97% fat free bacon (cooked without oil), topped with grated cheddar cheese and cracked pepper. (430cal) It's delicious, but a little indulgent perhaps?0

I had to get up at 7:30am to go to the chiropractor so I just had a Fiber One bar and then I treated myself to a Venti Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte from Starbucks, because the city has been working on a water pipe near my house and my coffee tasted like dirt this morning.0

1 medium Red Delicious Apple
1oz Cabot's 50% Reduced Fat Vermont Cheddar Cheese
5 Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers
Then at 10:45ish, I plan to have:
3/4 cup Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds (my favorite cereal ever)
1/2 cup All Bran Original cereal (don't care for it by itself so I like to use it as a filler to consume adequate fiber)
8oz Skim Milk0 -
chocolate whey protein shake
1/2 cup fiber one cereal
1/2 cup granola
1 cup skim milk
1/2 oz unsalted peanuts
8oz coffee0 -
5 egg whites =85 cal
1 cheese =25 cal
3 slices of white toast = 165 cal
5 slices of turkey = 45 cal
equals 320 calories :happy:0 -
then snack before lunch will be
2 cups watermelon 80 cal
5 hard boiled egg whites 85 cal
= 165
then lunch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bigsmile:0 -

1/2 cup liquid egg whites scrambled
1 oz. cheese
my own egg mcmuffin - but a thousand times healthier!
And I just finished a lipton diet green tea with mixed berry on my way to work0
