Getting discouraged...

Give it more time. Our bodies don't automatically reduce by 1-2 pounds every single week because we're on a low-calorie diet. Often, a few weeks (this could be up to 6 weeks or more) will go by with no change and then, bam! Off come a couple of pounds. If you go two months with no change, then it's time to reevaluate what you're doing. At least that's what the experts have told me .0

Awesome replies, thanks . I'm going to be taking a little bit out of everyone's post and hopefully it'll all come together for me. I'll update this post in a week or so to see how things have moved along.0

I don't have any advice, but I posted this incredibly inspirational story on here a few days ago and I think if you read it, it will help keep you motivated. It's really, really long but I promise you it is so worth reading it. I hope this helps and whatever you do, DO NOT GIVE UP. You're doing great and on the right track.
