I like Tibetan butter tea. It's certainly not for dieting but every once in a while a nice hot mug is a great treat.

black tea + milk + water + a dash of sugar + a small pat of butter. Mix well til frothy.

It's an acquired taste but I love it.

Loose leaf green tea or loose leaf white tea, brewed.

If I'm at work I'll take green tea bags for speed but they're really not the same.

No milk, no sweetener of any kind.

Earl Grey or English breakfast mostly.

Black, no sugar. Just plain old boiling water and a teabag.

I've been drinking oolong tea that someone gave me for Christmas last year. It seems to help with my weight loss. I don't know how though.

There doesn't seem to be many here who just drink ordinary tea with milk and sugar or is that just a British thing? I don't drink any flavoured tea or green tea, yuck!

Anyway my tea of choice is typhoo with milk and 1 sugar.

Bigelow green tea with wild blueberry & acai. I steep it with fresh slices of ginger that I bruise a bit to release the juice. Store in the refrigerator leaving in the ginger and drink cold.

There's this hibiscus tea I tried not too long ago. It tastes just like Starbucks very berry hibiscus refreshers! I think I got it at Lucky's/Savemart.

My favorite it English breakfast tea with whole milk and sugar. Unfortunately, that can get up to 100cal a cup! So I usually drink blueberry or green with a dallop of honey or no sweetener.

Second this vote. I get their Moroccan Mint tea and it's CAFFEINATED (rare for a mint tea), no need for sugar, great hot or cold.

My other favorites are Tazo's Chai, and Simple Truth Organic's Jasmine Green Tea. I used to sweeten the chai, but weened off of it out of sheer laziness. It's good black! If you want to ease into using no sweetners with tea, I recommend cutting the sugar and using a splash of milk/cream (I used almond milk), then slowly cutting out that splash of cream.
