    I had a cup of that new Kellogs Fiber plus yogurt berry cereal with 3/4 cup of vanilla almond milk. :) So yummy. And a hard boiled egg.

    I had a lonely White Chocolate Macadamia Luna bar this morning. :blushing:
    I realized over the weekend that breakfast is one of the meals I need to fix. Not bad I guess, considering a few months ago I never ate breakfast, hehe. I'm definitely noticing that salsa has more use than just nachos!

    I had a smoothie made out of blue diamond vanilla almond milk, one banana, 5 strawberries, and 15 blueberries, yummy. Oh, and my Chi Chi Chi Chia seeds......

    LOLOL!! I've been hearing about this chia ALOT lately...what is it/are they?

    I'm saving this thread...there are some GREAT suggestions for breakfast...my favorite meal of the day!

    Georgette~I'm with you...I eat oatmeal EVERYDAY...so much so, that I go to Costco to buy their huge bag of frozen berries to add to the oatmeal/flaxseed/wheat germ/almond milk concoction!

    Strange breakfast today...

    1/2 bagel (70 cal) with 1 tbsp light peanut butter (80 cal) - as half my bagel got stuck in the toaster lol
    starbucks tall vanilla nonfat latte- 150 cal

    Total 300 cal, very light breakfast for me.

    Mines quite boring. Special K , skimmed milk, glass of orange juice and tea. Sometimes I have 50/50 Special K and bran flakes, sometimes porridge or Muesli and occasionally a boiled egg.

    Mine was pretty boring today.
    16 oz milk, with 2 tbs chocolate Nesquik powder (300)
    1 string cheese (80).

    But you can't deny 29 grams of protein!! :D

    upon return: 5.3 oz cup of plain Greek yogurt 0%
    1/4 cup cooked brown lentils
    1 mug of coffee, black.

    LOL it is only 5 calories or something. You probably burn it off making the extra trip to the bathroom to pee it out. :laugh:
