    My breakfast:
    Toasted whole wheat english muffin w/ 1 T fage 0% greek yogurt & 1 T cracker barrel spiced apple butter, a plum, & coffee.

    Cracker Barrel apple butter is the BEST! Put it in your pancake mix! My kids go nuts for them.
