NROL4W Stage 2 Workout B

I'm supposed to go lift over lunch and I left my NROL4W book at home. I just started Stage 2 on Saturday, so I don't have the moves memorized yet. Can anyone tell me what they are?

    Wide grip deadlift from box

    bulgarian split squat
    underhand grip lat pulldown

    reverse lunge from box with forward reach
    dumbbell prone cuban snatch

    swiss ball crunch
    reverse crunch
    lateral flexion

    prone cobra

    Oh, plus the interval training! (one minute hard and 2 minute recovery for 15 minutes)
