I am looking for a group where that is what will happen. I am starting a CrossFit program today and it will go for 8 weeks. Can't wait to see the results!~

Weight on April 30th. Will add this later. I am going to make Tuesdays my weight in day as this is the day of my class. I am also going to wait until 6pm to weigh in. I want to use the scale at work and I want to make it the same time each week. I work until 5:45p and the class is at 6:30p so this gives me time to change out of work clothes and into workout clothes and weigh in.
