So I have been pretty low on my protein. I know to eat peanut butter/almond butter but how do you get your protein up without making your fats go over?
I been kinda tight on money so I only really have a few meats to choose from right now. Mainly boneless skinless chicken and ground turkey.
So how do you do it? Thanks for the help/tips!

I would suggest chicken or turkey. Those are good lean sources of protein.
Edit: Here's a good article about different sources of protein: http://www.uscnorriscancerhospital.org/condition/document/109900 -

Nuts are a pretty terrible choice for upping protein. Eat meat. Lots of meat. Protein powders can be handy as a supplement as well, if necessary.0

Chicken
Tuna
Turkey
Cottage cheese
Protein powder (make yourself a shake with powder, milk or water, ice, maybe some peanut butter)0 -
Pork tenderloin, seafood, eggs/egg whites, plain zero fat greek yogurt, string cheese, milk.
And a hamburger once in a while never killed anyone :-)
I do eat peanut better pretty often, but you don't really get a lot of bang for your buck with it as far as protein is concerned.0 -
Quinoa, Almonds and Hardboiled eggs!0

Good low-fat sources of protein that I've found:
String Cheese
Cottage Cheese
Canned Tuna
Nutritional Yeast (not to be confused with Brewer's yeast, yuck)
Plain Greek Yogurt
Homemade Jerky (Beef, Turkey, Venison, whatever you like)
Milk
Whey Powder
There are lots of options out there, my biggest thing has just been to try and keep a good variety of lean proteins around and I've done pretty good.0 -

Tuna, Greek Yogurt, Quark (if you can find it near you) are all low fat, high protein options. Nuts are not so high in protein really. You'd be surprised at how far protein powder goes, too. Mix a little into stuff here and there, it helps.0

Fish is a great source of protein ( salmon- might be a budget problem ), also things like quinoa, and even something cheap like Chia seeds are great for protein....0 -
dont cut out meat I eat meat all the time but do not try to increase meat to increase some mythical protein. especially if you are on a budget...:) PROTEIN IS IN EVERYTHING!!!0
