    Young Coconuts!

    I love scooping out the flesh and throwing it into my green smoothies. Not to mention the fresh coconut water is better than any I've bought in cans..I also have been obsessed with coconut oil and butter, but that's been for a while now..

    I been really loving Sun Sweet Amazin Plums. They are so good! I mix them in peach yogurt. I have been looking forward to it everyday the last two weeks.

    oh yes seaweed. I'm a fan of wasabi flavored toasted nori. I also like wakame and royal kombu.

    Ever get stuck on a food that you just discovered and want it all the time?

    A couple months ago I was eating spaghetti squash 3 times a week.

    Now I'm trying as many different ways with portobello mushrooms as I can.

    How long can this list be?

    1. grapefruit

    2. hummus

    3. sweet potato chips

    4. black bean chips

    5. strawberries

    6. carrots

    7. tomatoes

    8. pita bread stuffed with veggies and chopped up black bean burgers.

    My homemade curry chickpea burgers...YUMMY! Made a big batch the other day and froze them all so I have a quick lunch all ready to go. Not sure they'll last too though :)

    I've been through phases of:

    - oatmeal
    - boiled eggs
    - peanut butter
    - Greek yogurt
    - strawberries/blueberries
    - hot chocolate

    ...and the list is quite extensive. Right now I'm loving anything out of the slow cooker - the weather's getting absolutely freezing here.

    Whatever is in my bountiful basket.. they tend to give you the same stuff 2 weeks in a row and I end up having it for 3 or 4 weeks. then when they switch it I miss it. .Like avocados.. I miss them.. luckily they have them often!!
