    Im in, im in desperate need! I weighed last week and was horrified, Im at my all time highest and cant believe it :(

    SW-190 (well a couple years ago when i first started it was around 160)

    at least i ordered a treadmill and I should get it this week!

    and as for weigh in dates I really dont know yet as my schedule is always so different, but mondays and tuesdays are usually best

    I usually weigh myself on Mondays but was thinking about changing it anyway so ill weigh myself again on The 3rd.


    I said I was gonna change my weigh in days to Friday I think Im just gonna leave them as is on Mondays.
