    fantastic - this makes me feel better - my biggest weight was over 300lbs - am down 90lbs but have barely lost any weight in the last 6 months. I have tinkered, increased calories, dropped back the exercise, increased the exercise, but now I am just ignoring the scales and just trying to eat healthy, and keep moving and hopefully the scales will catch up.

    it can get disheartening when it takes so long, but stories like yours make me feel so much better- you look fantastic. :)
