I'll be working on my goals the same way I did last month- monitor calories and get exercise. I made some breakthroughs with my emotional eating last month. I went from binging several days at a time prior to joining this group to having I think 3 binges total for the month. I'm pretty pleased with myself about that.0 -

I am in too! My current weight is 190Ibs, & I started at 194... I don't like setting an exact number for a goal weight in one month because I don't want to feel let down if I don't make it. So, I guess I'll stick with making a minimal goal of like 10Ibs.0
