My first work out was this morning, I finished but just barely.
Dumb question but what do you put it under in your exercise file.

Well I did my first 30ds level 1. Not too bad, I made it through. I felt good afterwards. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's workout!0

OK, I'm in. I had to go to three stores to find it, then back to Walmart for 3 lb weights, which were totally embarrassing to buy! I was like, "they're not for me! They're for my hamster."

I did this today morning. Ist time. I did back 2 back Jillian Michael 's yoga meltdown thn 30Ds level1. Oh boy. Thn my c25k. Now Im totally sore. Cant explain where not damaged. Anyone took measurements prior to start. I did. Lets c . Good luck everybody. Cu here 4 tomorrow again.0 -
day 1 of JM 30-day shred just about shredded me. but i DID IT!0

P.S. I obviously need to invest in a decent sport bra for large chests. any suggestions?0

Tomorrow is day 9 level one for me. The first 3 days were the hardest. I could barely walk up and day the stairs. Stick with it though cause it does get easier.0

Yah!! I have company on my challenge... welcome everyone!
The few times I've done it I've entered it as circuit training, general but I have no idea if that's right
I enter it as Circuit training for 30mins at 160 Calories. That was the result I got with a heart rate monitor0 -
day 2 and everything is sore0

Day 1 done! HRM got me in at 240 cals, but I want to get in shape thru multiple ways including this.0
