I am 5 days away from my 4 month mark of a healthier fitter me! I eat clean and I bust my *kitten* in the gym everyday! I am half way to my goal. Enjoy the pics!

What is your definition of eating clean? I have been eating tons of salad but nothing seems to be happening. I do not add salt to my food and do not eat canned or boxed food. I need help. I have 40 pounds to lose too. I go to the gym about 4 days a week for 30 to 40 minutes.0

Thanks for posting - inspiration is always appreciated. I am about 3 weeks from my 4 months and at 33 lost so thanks for the added push today. Totally understand what you're saying about eating 'clean'. My husband and I have been doing this together and it's awesome, love how we feel and really enjoying the weight loss.
