    I've been overweight my whole life! I've gone from a size 18 to a 12 and my motivation is purely that I've never seen myself small! Exciting to be part of a group. Any tips from you guys that you've found successful? Mine's getting harder and harder

    Want to get going on doing more exercise/moving this month! One of my 3 jobs is finished 5/13 (end of the semester) so I'll have more time and fewer excuses.

    Today's (current) weight is +1.4 (126.4) since my last regular weigh-in, but I was out of town Sat-Mon at a family event (Mom's 85th b-day) so I'm hoping some of this is temporary.

    Weight on May 1st: 123.6 Wow! I guess that was a lot of water weight. Well, I'll see what happens tomorrow.

    I've been really sick this week and unable to exercise, so I wasn't sure if I'd lose anything. I'm looking forward to feeling better and getting back on track with my exercise next week.

    I've been doing a lot of cardio and 30 day shred (almost finished with level 1--FINALLY. I've been netting about 1200-1300 calories a day.
