    brilliant im currently on day 4 of the shred ,ive attempted it a few times but never even got to level 2 lol, but after seeing your pics im even more determined to stick with it. my son was born on 23rd oct but 2010. at my heaviest i was 15st 7 that was 4 days after giving birth. im now 11st7 . x youve done amazing x

    Why would we not be kind? The difference between those pictures is absolutely gobsmacking. They should put that on the front of the DVD- it would sell out.

    I have that exact question...for now, I've been listing it as

    Cardio:
    jumping jacks (vigorous)
    kickboxing (including turbo jam)---->as close to squat and punching and butt kicks as I can find in the database)
    boxing, punching bag
    rope jumping, moderate, general

    Strength:
    pushups
    front squats, barbell, arms crossed
    lunge
    abdominal crunches
    biceps curl

    As it's listed like this, it burns roughly only 130 calories

    This inspiration has come at the perfect time as I am on Week 1/Day 3 of Ripped in 30. Of course the soreness is really kicking in and it would be easy to pass on the workout today. I want results like yours, so guess what's next on my agenda: exercise! Keep of the great work.

    I am on Week 1 Day 5 and this was just the inspiration I needed! I am 12 weeks out from having my second baby and my stomach is gross. You look INCREDIBLE!
