LADIES: how much protein do you take in per day?

5'3" 42 years old. I aim for an average of 100 grams per day over the course of a week.0 -

GW 130 (MFP shows 140 right now, but I am ultimately aiming for 130)
5' 5" 28 yr old. I get between 80-100 grams per day. But I have to add a protein powder to my breakfast to get that!
My goal is to get lean and toned. I want a body that will look great in my clothes and out. Haven't had that since I was 15.0 -

I take in 120-140g of protein each day. I have a protein shake each day inbetween brekkie and lunch to help boost my intake and on lifting days usually end up drinking 2 protein shakes a day to make sure I hit my target.0 - 
            5'9", 145lbs. Currently trying to get my BF% down to 16-17% (Dexa'd at 19% in mid-January). I eat 2,000 cals per day and about 200+grams of protein (sometimes 225g).0
