    I like it!

    Dont focus on the scale. I loose weight in whooshes and tend to not get on the scale unless i have 2-3 days of rest because i do p90x lifting and i tend to be pretty sore often leading to water weight.

    Second of all .. All this information is great. It is definitely easy to over-think this whole process. It is scary to think that you are doing everything right and nothing is happening.

    lost 22 pounds since January 2nd 2013...went off my program the end of March and have already gained 10 back.... just can't seem to get with it again...lost my focus

    but...after reading all these post... I'm going to wake up tomorrow morning and get back on track and hopefully be able to get it right this time.
