    The only way I know of to gain 5 pounds of fat is to eat 17,500 calories more than you have burned over whatever period of time you are looking at.

    If you didn't do that, then it isn't fat.


    (and if I use the Chrome browser on my phone, it likes to capitalize letters at odd times. )

    I don't gain weight at TOM but I do at ovulation.

    Yeah you'd have to gain 10,500 extra calories (over and above the 2000/day or so you already burn) to gain 3 lbs in 6 days.

    I Have Worked Out Everyday And I Havnt Been Eating Over 2000 , Yesterday I Had About 1600 But I Felt Myself Bloating And My Tummy Got huge . So Today I Was 5 Pounds Heavier , 2 More Than Yesterday crazy
