    I sleep in all of those positions except on my stomach.

    I usually transition from my back to my side, and then later into the fetal position through the night...

    My sleeping position says the bed is mine and I don't like sharing.

    On my back until my fingers fall asleep, then on my side until I wake up and roll onto my back... repeat.

    I like how these are all positive things =)

    I start on my back, go to my side, and then to my stomach. Fetal position when I'm cramping.

    Or in the crack between the wall and mattress.

    I literally spin while I'm sleeping. I start on my back, turn to my side, then my stomach, then to my other side, then back onto my back again. :D
    Yeah i'm never comfortable in one postion and usually end up spinning then ending up on my stomach i wake up on my back though.

    yes but this makes sleeping during pregnancy difficult.
    not especially for me, bc i sleep like a bag of rocks,
    but more than usual, bc i'm most comfortable on my belly
    but obviously i can't with a huge beachball under me.
