WOOO!! WEEK 5!! Half way there ladies!

We had quite a few losers last week - keep working hard and keep up the great work!

    I didnt see my loss on there for this week I guess I am not doing it correctly I had a 4 pound loss. Also I am having a hard time trcking the chart. Can we do start weight current weight and loss and thats all for each week???

    my plans today well im kinda glad ironing burns calorie sit will take me almost 2hours at a gues sto do the pile i have i also have to cook for my mum never fun shes a fussy eater but i can always go for salad and ill think of something lol

    weeks targets any ideas?? are we keeping the 40mins exercise and 8 glasses water 5 fruit /veggies or something new

    good morning losers!

    i'm taking today as a rest day - i've worked out everyday at least once for the last like 10 days straight! my muscles are feeling it! gotta keep extra close tabs on what i eat today!

    personally, this week i'm adding 4 days of strength training to my routine. sticking with 40 mins of exercise on 6/7 days, plus 64 oz on water and 5 servings of fruit/veggies per day as well!

    i did shred level 3 day 5 this morning - im setting an ambitious (for me) goal to do that routine every day this week and finish up this round before vacation starts on saturday! I'll start another round on wednesday when i get back & shred for 30 days straight until my wedding!!! WOOHOO!

    i was under on calories yesterday, but only by like 8 cals. i try to stay under by about 100 or so, so i will continue to stay on track this week.

    i have decided i love carbs but i hate the calories that go with it made new poattoes and veggies and omg the calories in tato is not good still i have got in my 5 veggies and i did some walking round supermarket to get my exercise in bout all i will get in today with 2 poorly toddlers both wanting undivided attention

    i think maybe we should set a goal for weigh in day. like must burn 2500 calories before that day or something ... im gna really try to get my cardio in this week. TOM is gone.:flowerforyou:

    ive been doing strength training loads... LADIES.... ULL SEEE THE DIFFERENCE once u get hooked on some strength training. trim some inches while doing some circuit training today.

    I am still struggling to lose anything....we were traveling last weekend again for hockey so I didn't eat the best nor did I exercise. :(

    Still working on my water, doing okay with that, but it helps that we are doing a water challenge here at work :)

    My daughter has swim lessons tonight, so I am going to swim for that 1/2 hour and then am going to restart C25K. I am also going to Shred at least 3 times this week (Level 3).

    Good Morning Losers,

    Looks like everyone had a great week. Let's keep it up. I have 4 pounds to go.... I need to make this goal. I am determined not to be satified until I reach my goal this time. I am doing level 5/6 of Power 90. It is a challenge, just what I needed to keep me going. I am on day 56 - yeah!!! When I hit day 60 on Friday I am going to count the other way. 30 days left!!!! Tony Horton promises the most results in the last 30 days...we will see.

    I will try to keep my goals for the week.

    Today I need lots of water. I cheated yesterday and has a small (no added butter) popcorn at the movies.... I know bad bad bad. I should have brought my own secrete pop 97% fat free... next time!!

    County Fair is over. the kids did fabulous with there projects. live and non living. i got to do my jog. went 1.6 miles on the treadmill. getting back to the routine. have a great week ladies.

    Had a long and busy weekend, worked Sat and Sun 7p-3a and had my Dad's bday party yesterday......not good for my diet! I need to be better today with my water intake, and I will probably take the kids out for a walk, cause it's a beautiful day here today (finally, no humidity!!)

    Good morning all!

    I had a great weekend! Did really well and stayed pretty active! This week I am making my goal to stay within my calorie goal, eat fruits and veggies, drink 10 glasses of water a day and exercise 6 days with Sunday being my rest day. I am also going to just drink water, tea and coffee (plain)! No starbucks for me!! (my weakness is the skinny caramel latte)

    Glad to see everyone for week 5!! Lets kick some butt this week! :drinker:

    So far so good with keeping in my calorie limits. My hardest days are those that I do not exercise but should only be two days this week. Doing good with water and v/f.

    its been a busy day between summer school for 1 kid shopping and keeping the other 4 amused can i go to sleep now

    hi there!!

    i did 60 mins on the elliptical this morning and drank 16 glasses of water today! just finished dinner and my 5th serving of fruit/vegetables. AND! my biggest success of the day was passing up the ice cream cake at work for the fruit tray! it looked delicious but i googled the calories in a DQ ice cream cake right before they brought it out. 320 CALORIES PER PIECE! i do NOT think so!!

    tomorrow the plan is shred in the morning and spinning in the evening! have a lovely night ladies!

    Did good as well after soccer the girls brought out cookies and cupcakes for b-day party but just ate the veggie tray.

    However, when I got home, my hubbie had baked cookies, can't win!! Ate only one though.

    Happy hump day everyone! Hope you all are having a great week so far! I did pretty well last night, although I did have one glass of wine. I don't think thats going to hurt anything!
