      Chicken Breasts, lots of veggies, and I eat rice! a quarter cup of white rice.
      I bought different marinades and spices to make my chicken.

      My diet is far from perfect but I try to do good as much as possible.

      The reason I like this thread is you don't see much change the first few pics...but boy do you see a change later on! While most are tempted to give up because of "not seeing any results", you kept going! And it has definitely paid off.

      I hear ya!! Some may think that .01 is not a big deal, but if my scale EVER says "149. *anything*, I would be ecstatic. I've been walking the 150 line for months now and can't get under it. So frustrating.
