Here's mine (this is my first time posting a photo so I hope it works. I'm on the right. This was at a local obstacle course 5k last summer. I swore I was going to get in shape and do better this year. Well, the 5k is one month away, and in the past year I have gained 10 lbs. By the way, my baby sister is on the one on the left and she is the one who has lost a lot of weight and just recently ran her first half marathon. She is an inspiration to me!0 -

On the left was a golf trip to Arizona in 2009, closing in on 300lbs. On the right was taken in Cuba in March, down to 240. Am down another 7lbs since and running in a 10k next weekend.0

I hate the way I look in most pics lately...so I try to avoid cameras. THAT's my inspiration, alone. I want to look good in photos AND in real life!!! I figure in 10-15 lbs I will be taking more photos. :happy:0

These were taken at my sister's wedding a year ago. I've yo-yoed a bit since then but I'm about the same weight there as I am now.
The huge arm and giant mid section in the first picture is rough, but the double chin in the second was a killer. I love my face and don't want to lose it.

This was taken 3 years ago on my honeymoon....at my heaviest (5'8" about 235#) - this picture makes me ill! I am now down to 202....21# loss since January! I still have a long way to go- 1st goal weight is 170--hoping to be there by the end of the summer.

Me 5 years ago 195lbs. Huge belly and I was getting man boobs hahaha.
That was my wake up call. I have been exercising ever since. This was me at 230 lbs(no typo).

Granted I'm making a gross face while pulling my head back, this is... the worst... photo taken of me in history. It waslike 4 years ago and I've dropped 15-20 before I started here this spring.

Thanks! The pic I posted was at my heaviest of 245. The profile pic is at 174. I've still got a way to go but I'm pretty damn pleased with how far I've come.0 -
Pretty much every picture of me...but this one was taken around my son's birthday this past January and it really made me want to die....x_x /shudders - I want it off FB but my SIL posted it because I am holding my niece...I am just so....fat. yuck

My husband took this pic of me (left side) back in December when I started. I felt so depressed when I saw it because I felt like there would never be any nice pictures of me and my son. Now that I've lost half the weight I want to (20 lb), I no longer have neckchin (or chinneck?) and pics come out better (profile pic was from last wknd), which makes me happy. I slapped a side by side on for comparison... the one on the right is today.

I'm real thick but luckily didn't catch belly fat until i hit around 200 - all in my legs, butt and arms... This woman looks small, do thin women like this really get bellies like that or is this more like baby weight. It seems weird to see only weight in the stomach and no where else.0 -
