Using Peters Light & Creamy and wholemeal SR flour one loaf comes to

636 cals
16P/121C/6F and 13g fibre

Haven't made it yet so not sure what it's like. Quality PWO feed I think

OMG. Didn't think of that. That would make it easier to fit macros too. Fruit flavoured chobani or plain?

Sara: sorry for destroying the icecream

LOL yep I've been meaning to make it since Tuesday!

I made it with Chobani 0% plain and I added a bit of sea salt (making it savoury instead of sweet).

As I can't use wheat flour, I added in extra P and C and fibre by using lupin flour and oat flour mixed together.

    Macros per loaf:

    895 kcals
    P/C/F 99/111/14
    and 38g fibre!!

Just about to take it out of the oven so will report back

For a whole loaf. Pretty sure that's more than one serve.

You'll have to excuse her. I saw her posting in another thread about how eggs are bad. She's a little..."confused".

can have ice cream but is allergic to yoghurt

    lol to the max....

well if making with yoghurt, the baking time will be greater and you might need to decrease the amount of yoghurt.

My loaf did not rise as well as it would with wheat flour but I have fructan intolerance so no wheat pour moi.

    Flavour was awesome though.

I'm making this this weekend. I'll try it with cherry icecream. I might use 1 part icecream , one part Greek yoghurt. So excited!

I was thinking the exact same thing. I thought morebean started a blog or something and isn't on MFP much anymore :(

Potentially silly question. Do you guys mix the flour in immediately, or do you let the icecream melt first so it mixes better?

Hmmm, we just bought frozen yogurt tonight. (And Talenti gelato, but I'm not using THAT on an experiment!) I wonder if I could use my gluten-free pancake mix in place of the flour.
