This is my comparison picture I had twins in 2011 Before I had my twins my belly measured 48 and half weeks I had a c-section at 33 week went in to pre-term labour. I have done a number of programs ChaLean Extreme, TurboFire, Les Mills Combat and currently doing P90X. I also run and walk outside and chase after two toddler twins that is a workouts too lol. Still working hard everyday. On days when i feel like i am not getting anywhere I tell myself not give up and i just keep pushing. I know I will get to where i want to be someday

I started on my food plan last Thanksgiving, and have lost 44 pounds in just about 5 months. Not bad for a 68 year old lady with bad knees.
This photo was taken last Sunday morning. I weighed in at 227.2 last week.
When I am at home, I must use a walker. When I am outside my home, I am restricted to a wheelchair. However, I am only 27 pounds away from qualifying new knees.
Don't let anyone tell you that you can't lose wait, if you can't jog or go to the gym for your workouts. I have gone from size 4X to 2X in blouses...and I am a size OXpetite in pants now. I can only do Sit And Fit exercises, but I am still getting smaller ALL OVER.
This photo shows my biggest supporter and my hero, my sweet hubbie...Pastor Special Ed. He decided to change his eating habits too and has lost about 30 pounds since December 2012. I am so proud of him and grateful that this fine man shares my life...all of it.
Well done to you two. You look amazing.0 -

Totally disagree! lol0 -
Congrats to all of you.. you all look so amazing! Doesn't it feel great too? Woo hooo for us!!!
First picture is when I was at my heaviest at 309. Second picture I am at 206, sorry I cut my head off, but I tried on that dress without thinking I would actually get into it and I had some bed head going on! I didn't think I was going to fit into it. The last time I wore it was in the 80's (and of course it is now back in style). The last is just a face progression 309 down to 199
