    185= 67.9 lbs LOST!!! Gone forever!

    I surpassed my first weight loss goal today by .1!!!!!!!!!! lol

    I am now under 150 lbs. =D lol. I weighed in at 149.9 lol!

    whoo hoo!

    Started off at 217.8

    My friend and I decided to do this together. She lost 26 lbs!!! She's amazing!

    It wasn't easy all the time. but with hard work, and commitment anything can happen!

    I'm not done yet! I'm going to work on another fitness goal! =D but I'm getting closer and closer and sooooo much Happier!

    You can do it girl! =D My stomach is not as flat as I want it to be, it looks good under clothes. but I still have some roll when I sit. so that's the goal for me now. no rolls. lol. I'm trying to lose 22 more pounds! =D
