I drink 4 to 6 alcoholic beverages 3 days a week. Often one of those days I log six but drink 10. I use to drink 4 to 6 a night though so I am better. I also smoke the occasional cigarette when I drink. The next day after I smoke my blood pressure and heart rate are always elevated and I feel like an idiot for caving in to something that obviously doesn't work well with me.0

Seriously? I have coffee every day with REAL creamer and sugar. I'm a badass like that though.
I ate 3 scrumptious peanut butter cookies, after having a hotdog at lunch, and we are planning green chile cheeseburgers for dinner... I've gone over on my fat content, but not my calorie goal!
Right...and this was kind of a joke. either you have a ginormous caloric goal or those are the tiniest cheeseburgers ever. Or that's the ****iest tasting tofu dog my dog ever excreted.
No need to be nasty, sir. Like you, I was playing around. And, I'm pregnant, so, yeah, I can eat 2400 calories daily and not gain a **** ton of weight.
edited to add: 31 weeks pregnant and have gained a whopping total of 6lbs. Healthy baby, healthy mommy, so apparently I'm doing something right.0 -
I haven't run in two weeks, I haven't tracked in three weeks. I haven't gone crazy or anything, just kept on keeping on. And somehow in that time frame I lost the final 2 lbs I've been struggling with for four months and made it to goal. I'm guessing I lost muscle?? Anyway, hard to be happy with the achievement knowing I didn't come by it so honestly...0

Went to a conference for children's ministries and came home early yesterday.
Didn't tell my sitter and instead, invited my Darling on a date.
To Applebee's.
For happy hour.
I had 2 drinks, he had 2 drinks.
We shared an appetizer while laughing and talking, getting into the philosophy of things.
Then I invited a family to church on Sunday. (Lol)
Ended our evening with a shared bag of popcorn, 3oz of salmon, an avocado, and orange.

I'm planning a super cheat day on the 25th....Gonna start with at least 5 margaritas, who knows how many jello shots, my famous coconut rum cake and then it's off to the bars and casino on the party bus!!! Woo Hoo!!!!! Can't wait!0

yesterday i had a slice of apple strudel at lunch time, 2 donuts in the afternoon, 2 egg rolls for dinner and 3 beer in the evening.....that is soooooooo bad......i hardly ever do that....:(......0

I made vegan oatmeal raisin cookies for my niece that I am watching tonight. I ate two this afternoon for a snack. Can't let yourself feel beat down. We all do it...at some point in time. However, you could always do a vigorous workout to get a calorie deficit so you can have dinner, or if that isn't an option have a light dinner rather than skipping then starving later. We are human and cannot be perfect everyday.0

DOn't think i ever told anyone this in real life, as it (despite being sound scientifically) is socially unacceptable and would see me ostracised in seconds flat. Feel safe sharing it with you guys, so more can benefit from my knowledge.
The secret is: I never wash my hair. I subscribe to the theory that the natural oils produced by hair are capable of maintaining cleanliness. They destroy bacteria and keep your hair looking sleek. Corporations would have you believe you need to spend top dollar on products to keep your hair clean, but it just isn't true. The shampoos and conditioners you buy are destructive, chemically they are very similar to detergents used to blast stains from clothes and strip paint from walls. They rob your hair of its natural oils and leave you relying on an expensive cycle of products to stop your hair looking dull and rough. If you just didn't use them, like me, your hair would look great and be clean 24/7.
My hair is incredibly shiny (regularly complimented) and I've never once been told it smells bad or looks dirty. I haven't washed it in over 2 years. Just rinse my scalp thoroughly with cold water when showering (yes cold shower) to remove any styling product I may have used without damaging natural oils. If you want to start being a no hair washer just stop using shampoo and conditioner right away, only cold water for rinsing. It'll take 1-3 weeks for your hair to acclimatise (during this time it will seem overly greasy and oily) but after acclimatisation has occurred you will have beautiful hair forever, unless you make the mistake of washing it again.
People (mostly chicas) often ask for the secret of my hair, but I just have to laugh and make something up. The world is literally not ready for the truth.0 -

A few days ago, I really wanted some good delicious bad for me junk food. So, I broke into my hubbys truck and stole his secret stash that he keeps out there just to keep from tempting me. When he asked about it, I played dumb. But he still suspects me. :bigsmile:0

I went shopping while hungry yesterday...in addition to the good foods, I also bought turkey/chicken dry pepperoni and three different boxes of Fibre 1 Brownies and Chew Bars. Today, all I can think about is how much I'd like a bottle of Wine Men Of Gotham Cabernet. (2008 is a little better than 2011, but both are DEEEElicious & reasonable)

Made protein muffin/cookies (with a banana and oatmeal) to fuel for a 10k-length run this morning. I fueled with 6 of them, and ate another when we got home.
I'm hoarding them from the kids.
Can't feel too bad at 85cals and 5g protein per serving (and each muffin/cookie is 4" in diameter!)
ETA: there will be wine tonight. A delicious Toscana, to be specific!0
