I just don't feel skinny. I feel fat still, and I'm not happy with myself. But like that first poster said I guess I'm a "troll" so.
i bet that you lower your goal weight every time you near it. because hitting your goal isn't enough. sound familiar?
if you don't seek help you'll die. life is precious. please seek help xx
Unfortunately you're right. Originally my goal was 160. Then it went 150-140-130 etc
Please go talk to someone--whether it be a counselor or a doctor, whoever it is can point you in the right direction to get the help that you need. 150-160 is a very healthy weight for your height. You are nowhere near fat. If you continue to lose, your body is going to start consuming muscle and bone because you've lost all of your fat. Start bulking now, not when you get to 120.0 -
have you thought of getting help for an eating disorder? ): this sounds like what i've gone though.0

120lbs for a 5'8" male is DYEL weight. Go lift some damn weights and eat. Even 138 is borderline DYEL weight.0

I was fat for majority of my life, I had gynecomastia since a little kid, got surgery and then got serious about losing weight. I lost 70 lbs since September. I weighed 210. I'm gonna bulk up once I reach 120.
No, you're not going to bulk up. You are going to lose whatever lean muscle mass you have left because you are UNDERNOURISHED.
This isn't how it works. Food is fuel, you get fussy about what you eat and you're engine is going to die.0 -
Everybody knows that success in life is all about being perfect in all ways at all times. Every second of every minute of every day. Anything less is total failure forever and ever.
Well, YOU'RE a lot of help. This guy needs food and therapy, not sarcasm.0 -
Just forget it happened and see a doctor about your apparent eating disorder and desire to be underweight and/or stop being a troll.0

you will never get the feeling you desire from losing weight.
Best of luck to you. You can message me if you have any questions about training or want my opinion on anything, but I don't know enough about psychological disorders to really help you with that.0 -

Thanks everybody for your input, it's not easy to make a switch that quick but I'll try and get better, I just don't know where to start0

Brother, you might want to grab a few Subway sandwiches because you got anorexia. I'm 5'9 and sitting at 185, it ain't a bad thing. Hell, even medical science says a guy at our height needs to be 160-180 pounds.
It was a great movie though and he bulked up beautifully for Batman!0 -
Oh my, could people stop mocking the person with disordered body image? It's making me uncomfortable.
Doll, I'm not a doctor, so I don't feel right giving advice, all I can say is your perceived body image is not what others see and what I see is a body that looks underweight.0 -
Hell I'm only 5'2" and I don't wanna get down to less than 130! Really think you should talk with a dr because you are extremely underweight! Pack on muscle before you've lost ALL of it!0
