    I'm in...I've plateaued now for a month. I can't seem to lose this 10 lbs. even though I'm keeping my numbers in check. Grrr.

    Have you tried increasing your calorie intake just a smidge? I have seen where other people have done it and gotten off their plateau in a positive way....Just a thought. Keep up the good work. It will be to your benefit in the long run!!
