Very low carb cloud bread recipe

Hello,
I thought I'd share the low carb cloud bread recipe I've found online. Here it is:
Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs (separated whites and yolks)
- 120g 0% Fat Fage Yoghurt (original recipe suggests cream cheese e.g. Philadelphia)
- 1 tsp sweetener (e.g. Splenda)
- 0.25 tsp cream of tartar
Instructions:
1. Separate egg white and yolks (there should be no fat in the white) and place whites in a big glass bowl
2. Put egg yolks in another bowl, add sweetener and yoghurt (about 3 heaped tbsp) and mix until smooth.
3. Add cream of tartar to the whites and beat until stiff
4. Fold egg yolk mixture into whites carefully without breaking the fluffiness
5. Preheat the oven to 150C (300F)
6. Spray baking tray with fat free cooking spray (you can use olive oil) and place greaseproof paper on top
7. With a large scoop form about 6 rounds on the tray, put into the oven and bake for 40mins or until golden brown
8. When the buns are ready cool them down
9. Enjoy
Nutrition (per round):
Calories: 49
Carbs: 1g
Protein: 5g
Fat: 3g
Fibre: 0g
Sugar: 1g
It's an very easy recipe. The buns look more like pancakes, are very light and taste very nice with peanut butter or jam.

The cream of tartar is a stabilizer for the whites so when beaten they stay nice and fluffy. You can try but not sure if baking powder will act the same way0 -
Also, if you look on the pics you'll see dark spots on the buns. These are herbs (basil) I added to the yolk mixture - not enough but you could try adding more or even some ground nuts perhaps to add more flavour.
Next time I'm going to add some vanilla whey protein powder to increase protein amount - hopefully this will work

That's not bread...that's called meringue- with yogurt in it... You people on this website and your weird-*kitten* recipes....*slaps forehead*
The meringue doesn't have yolks in them and look completely different. The original recipe calls it a cloud bread but you call it whatever you want and don't be rude0 -

Could you replace the cream of tartar with baking powder or something else?
A small amount of lemon juice or vinegar will do the same thing. Just don't add too much or it will change the flavor.0
