    We are doing a get healthy and fit challenge at work. We just started this past Monday and I just found this website.

    Thanks for the support. Just a week or so of only having one Dr P a day and having seltzer the rest has made a big difference in my energy and my moods. I know I need to just go cold turkey, but then PMS time of the month shows up and I could die for some Dr P. There have been days in the past that I've emailed my dh at work and said not to come home without a Dr P in hand. It's crazy how addicting that stuff is! One day, I'll get up the fortitude to give up every last drop, but not today. If I can keep to one, I'm okay with that for now.
