Trying to decide if you should go work out right now?

    It's hard to start but once you've finished, you'll feel fantastic. No one ever regrets a workout!

    i think about how much stronger I'll be, actual numbers i'll be able to lift in 1 month, 6 months, a year from now.
    I just plug in my numbers now, and calculate what i'll lift if I don't stall, keep adding 10% each new cycle.
    It's inspiring!
    Example- 48 lbs on straight leg dead lifts now, turns into 70 lbs in august, 1 cycle away.
    if i calculate 6 months or a year from now, the numbers get big quick :D
    i don't actually think all that will happen, but
    for my strongest areas, it will be months until i stall, so it's fun to think about.

    On those days that I don't feel like it....I just go anyways. I always feel better after...I know that. So just suck it up and get it done. You will sleep better tonight!
