Congratz!!!!
I'm on week 1 day 2. I was thinking earlier during my session that running for the straight 20 minutes (if it still has 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down) that I could never do it. I was huffing and puffing even though I kicked butt the first dayEh I'll get there hopefully
