Hello Ladies, are you 5'5 or 5'6? What is your goal wight? I am about 5'6 and my goal weight is 125. I am 30 years old. Please share with me, so that I can see if that is too low or too high! Thank you.

I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is 140. If I reach it then I'll adjust it to 135 so I have a cushion.0

Mine is 145-150 which is a perfect size 6 for me!0

125 is my goal0

I'm 5'5" currently weighing 115-118 and looking to gain to 125-130.0

155-1600

I'm smack in between the two. my brain goal is around 130 but my body seems to prefer 135-ish. 125 would be an absolute impossibility for me.0
-
5'6" and my goal weight is between 140 - 150lbs although my UGW would be 120 - 130lbs. I'll see what happens as I get closer0

5'5 here. 135 is my goal. I loved myself at the weight, but some said I was way to skinny. 145 I would probably be happy also.0

I'm 5'5 and hoping for 140-1450

I am 5'6" and shooting for 145. Broad-framed....I think my lowest was 135 and looked sick!0

I don't really have a goal weight - I have a set of goals in terms of getting under 200lbs, into next BMI category and size/stone bracket.
I said 140lbs for the sake of having something on here, but I'll assess it as and when - basically, I want to be healthy, happy and in a position to sustain my weight loss/maintain - even if that makes me slightly over BMI factors
(But in an ideal world, my goal weight would be 10st/140lbs)0 -
5'5 and 120lbs0

I'm 5'6 and my goal is 120, although at this point I'm more concerned with body fat percentage rather than the number on the scale.0

I'm 5'6" and I'm at 120 right now-- and looking to stay right where I'm at. With my current muscle distribution and my body shape (slightly curved, slim bust and hips) I'm sitting at about a size 2-4. I personally wouldn't go lower than 115, just given my own experiences with this height.
Edit: I'm at the low end of the recommended range, and I realize this-- but it works for my small frame.0 -
I'm 5'6" and my goal is 160. I have a medium frame, so that would put me at about a size 9. If I still have some extra cushiony area to lose after that, then I will lower it, but 160 sounds good to me. I am also gaining muscle. 120-130 would be good if you have no muscles at all, but if you want to be strong, you should calculate about 20 pounds of muscle into it.0

Wow. I think this is the third similar post I've seen about this, but here goes:
5' 5.75''
Starting weight: 132 lbs
Current weight: 125 lbs
Goal weight: 118 lbs or 17% body fat, whatever comes first.0 -
5'5" - medium frame
1240 -

I'm about 5' 6". I just want to get to a normal BMI, and then take it from there.0 -
I'm 5' 4.5"! My goal weight is 150. I'm currently at 155 and have gotten to 151 a few months ago. I keep gaining and losing the same 5 or 6 pounds, though! It's really frustrating.0

I'm 5'6" and at 144 right now, but my goal weight is 135. I am fairly small boned if that helps at all. I am trying to be patient because I am pretty good about calories, I cook 95% of my own meals, and workout regularly, but I want to lose more fat and gain muscle so I know it will take time, and sticking to a slightly more stringent routine.0

My goal isn't a weight, it is a lower body fat%. Who gives a rip what the number on the scale says?0
-
I'm almost 5'5", small frame, goal weight is 120 but I'm not sure if I'll feel good getting back down there so I'm content with 125 for the time being. :-) Good luck!0

You know, it's funny. I just realized I don't have one anymore. I have a certain look in mind, so whenever that happens.0
