5'5 & 5'6 women what is your goal weight?

I'm 5'6' and my goal is 145-150.
I'm in my forties, and I will be delighted when I am 150. If I were still in my 20's or 30's, my goal would be closer to 135.
And of course- It will all depend on how much muscle mass I put on working out.0 -
140 but I'm not set on it, just trying to get healthier and not make it back up to almost 250! I'm 5'5 and 28 yo.0

HI.I am 5'1 and weigh 125 now. I would to go down to 115 or to stay at 120. Its hard.0

I'm 5'5.5" and my goal weight is 120-125. I usually "settle" around 130-135 if I don't workout or watch what I eat at all; for instance today I weighed in at 134 but I just came back from a vacation where I consumed a ton of booze & not-so-healthy food. I'm 33 years old. My main problem is body fat...even though I'm a size 4, I have a bit more jiggle in my wiggle than I'd like right now. :laugh:0

127. because it's under 130 but over 125 but leaves a couple pounds to go either way. lol.. I was as low as 122 in December but I was told I looked yucky. Then I was happy about 127. .. Then in March I quit smoking and am now 134 and trying like heck to get back to 127.0

28 years old, 5'5.... goal weight 150. (but with muscle in my arms and legs)
I can't even imagine what I look like below 150, but I'll adjust when I get there if its necessary.0 -

You can only base your goal on what you have been in the past or know more when you get closer and lose a little. People are VERY different in their build not matter their height.
I gain muscle very easily, I am not small boned or petite. I am 5'6 and have NEVER weighed 125 (maybe when I was 13). My body has been very happy, muscular, fit and about a size 6 at 145lbs. My goal is to be around 145-50. I am currently 176lbs and a size 8-10.0 -

I am exactly 5'6" and 50 yrs old....my goal is 145 or a size 8...which ever comes first:)
When I was at teen and in excellent health I weighed around 122 and my dear sweet Grammy would cry at how sickly I looked everytime she saw me.....poor dear....once I got up into aroung 138 I looked healthy....BUT that was long ago, so I figure 145 is a good goal, an reachable goal...but not ultimate goal.....
my ultimate goal is to get out of double digits in clothing, hence the size 8, and top priority is to be healthy, eat healthy, be active.....0 -

im thinking about 130-135 but i have never been around that weight so once I get close I may have to reassess.0

I'm 5'5 and currently 119, I started at 140 which was my biggest. I have always been around 115 to 120 and I feel more comfortable around 115.0

I am 5'7", and my goal is 160 (it is the top of my range, but I am heavily muscled in my lower body, and feel like this would be right for me.) when I was 180 I was very close to my ideal body for me so I think 20 lbs. lower will do it. I am open to modifying that if I need to.0

5'5" Goal 180. I'll re-evaluate when I get there. (I was 180ish when I graduated highschool 15 years ago and it's a good goal for me.)
That is my goal as well. Reading everyone elses, I was thinking my goal weight is higher than a lot of peoples starting weight!0 -

I am thinking about 180 for now. But I will see when I get there. I am always going to have a butt, boobs and hips. So that is going to be taken into consideration.0

May I ask how long it took you to get to 127 from 140? I'm on my 3rd week of Turbo Fire (Cardio Kickboxing Class) and hoping to get into the 120s by mid July.0 -
