    I'm 5'5 and my goal weight is 146. I may adjust that once I get closer to it.

    Mid 50s here and 5'5". Goal weight is 135 and might reevaluate when I get there. (Only 5 lbs to go but it isn't happening fast =( ) Present weight is the same weight I was in my late 20s.

    I'm 5'6", but as old as dirt, so the days of 120-130 are gone. Shooting for 139, cuz that sounds better than 140!

    I am 5'6 and currently weigh 130. I wear a 4 or 6 in most pants, 28 inch waist. I have a high body fat percentage so I am really focusing on lifting weights to build muscle and burn fat. The actual number on the scale doesn't matter to me that much. There are so many women here on MFP that are my height and weigh more than I do and look a lot thinner and more in shape than I do since their body fat percentage is lower :). I guess if I had to pick a number, I'd say 120 would be a good goal for me.

    I'm 5'6" and 110. Always struggled to gain weight. Small bust/hips. My goal is to loose my tummy and gain weight in pure gold muscle. :P I don't want to just "eat a cheeseburger" like a lot of ppl say. I just want to be healthy and fit!

    5'5 and want to be anything under 140... I don't care if it is 139.9!!! I think my body wants to be in the low 140s but my "happy weight" is 135 but I know that is not sustainable...

    I am 5'5" I would like to get to between 125 and 135, the ten pounds leeway is so I can see how I feel as I hit the higher end of my goal. I got to 139 then gained a little even though my diet didn't change. Perhaps my body is happy where it is now, but I'll fight it. :-)

    I'm 5'5" (maybe really 5'4.5" but I'll put in my two cents!)
    My goal weight is 145.
    However, after I get down to my goal weight, I want to tone up. I'm not sure if this will make me gain more weight!!

    I've heard to go by the feel of your clothes, your measurements, and how you feel about yourself!!
    I was 145 two summers ago and was down to a size 6. Ultimately, my goal is to be a size 4 or 6 (waist size 27-28")!!
  • i'm 5'6 21 years old and my goal is 126-130, depending on which weight gives me a nice flat stomach. i was down to 130 from 155 2 years ago but i was starving myself and i was loosing muscle, i was bony and still had a belly!! my goal this time is to do it right and tone up while slowly loosing... the belly is always the last to go!!

    The "official chart" says for a 5'-5" woman from 117 to 140lbs. My goal is 140. If I can do better that YAY ME!

    I'm 28 years old and 5'5" and my goal weight is 140 since i measured to be a "large build" its a mid-high range weight? Im currently at 149.5 and those last few are beeeeeaazies!!!!!!!

    I am 5'5. I think my goal weight would be range of 128-138 because I am planning on building lean muscle.
