5/15: 167 Lb. ( 6.1 Lb. ) Weekend cheats: Chicken milanese, *a lot of white rice, Seafood with tow foo. Wow! I lost 10 in 2 weeks!

Just for fun: No events right now really. But I am going to try to walk 5 days a week for the first two weeks and then progress onto jogging for part of my daily walks for the last two weeks of May! Right now I hardly have any stamina and become winded easily. It will be challenging to do it but I'm going to try!

Ha! I came here to say something like this, but you took the words out of my mouth and made them even better! I mean, I've lost over an inch in the past month, but the scale went down 2 lb then back up 2 lb. Forget it. I'm going to weigh in on Sunday then put the scales away for a month and just use my tape measure!0 -

Total weight lost: I have lost 1.4lbs since last week and 2.4lbs so far this month. Things are slowing down quite a bit this month. The only thing that has changed is I am doing more of my workouts outside with bike riding and walking instead of using my home gym equipment.0 -
